We stopped by for lunch and were impressed by the diverse selection of dishes on the all-day menu. The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is crafted using locally sourced, seasonal produce, in line with the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability. There are plenty of vegetarian options available, and the portions are generous. Each dish is beautifully presented with great attention to detail.
To start, we ordered the beef carpaccio with Parmesan dressing and celery leaves. We also tried the grilled aubergine topped with a delightful yogurt and pomegranate sauce, a perfect choice for vegetarians and vegans.
For the main course, we couldn’t resist the well-known Ribeye steak with maitake mushroom and peppercorn sauce. It was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed the spinach and lemon risotto seasoned with Mediterranean herbs.
Bantof offers a sophisticated and intimate dining experience that embraces the local history and ensures a pleasurable time. If you find yourself in the area, make sure to reserve a table and experience it for yourself.
