Classic Laddie – This dram is the classic Bruichladdich house style: light, unpeated and floral. Its notes of green fruits and barley sugar sweets are perfectly balanced by the salt and zing of salt & vinegar chipsticks
Port Charlotte 10 – This dram is heavily peated and distilled, matured and bottled entirely on Islay. With notes of salted caramel, peach, tropical coconut and vanilla custard. The dry bonfire smoke is echoed by the dry smoke flavour of the frazzles.
Octomore 10.3 – This super heavily peated dram is made from barley grown on Islay in a single harvest, exploring Islay terroir and stratospheric smoke. It is vanilla led, a candy apple with a hint of smoke on the nose. On the palate, you’ll taste sweet barley and tropical fruits with a long smokey finish. The BBQ sauce of the Transform-A-Snack Saucy BBQ brings out both the sweet and spice flavours of the dram.
