Valentine’s at Colonel Saab
The luxurious, Love-inspired, sharing menu featuring delicacies such as Sabnam like moti (stuffed mushrooms) or the ever-popular Tandoori lamb chops, then finish off with what we call ‘The Happy Ending’ or Gile-E-Firdaus, a dessert associated with love and traditionally served at Indian weddings garnished with rose petals and fresh berries.
Guests will also receive roses on arrival, so spice up your Valentine’s day and make it an unforgettable one at Colonel Saab.
The modern Indian restaurant has made its home in the elegant, former Holborn Town Hall and the menu – catering breakfast to dinner, daily – and museum-worthy artworks are a homage to Choudhary’s travels across India with his mother, Mrs Binny Choudhary and father, Colonel Manbeer, who was given the honorific name ‘Colonel Saab’ – shared by the restaurant – while serving in the Indian Army.
