When it comes to celebrating Valentine’s Day, we all aim to make the day extra special for our loved ones. That may mean the high-end experience or maybe the traditional romantic dinner, maybe a fun winter activity follow up from a special meal, how about staying at home and indulging yourself with the most  Valentine’s teats.

Here are some of the best ideas we’ve put together for you to impress your other half this 14th.

Dine-in The Clouds this Valentine’s Day with New Tasting Menus at Fenchurch Restaurant

Located on level 37 of London’s iconic Sky Garden, offering panoramic views of the city skyline amongst exquisitely landscaped gardens, head to Fenchurch Restaurant for an intimate Valentine’s Day experience in the clouds. Showcasing the incredible culinary talent of Head Chef Michael Carr, Fenchurch will be offering new five-course lunch and seven-course dinner tasting menus from 12th – 14th February exclusively, with wine pairing options available.

New Valentine’s Menu & Speciality Cocktails at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

The luxury landmark property,  Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane in Mayfair, will be pulling out all the stops this Valentine’s Day with an exclusive new four-course set dinner menu and a pleasure-seeking cocktail menu.

On the menu in the opulent surroundings of Amaranto Restaurant – with grand décor and floor-to-ceiling windows – will be a sensational seafood platter with lobster timbale, prawns, Balik salmon and caviar; followed by fillet of sole, with truffle, leeks, potatoes and finished with a champagne beurre blanc; and lamb loin with parmesan risotto, mushrooms, Jerusalem artichokes and lamb jus. Valentine’s at Colonel Saab

The luxurious, Love-inspired, sharing menu featuring delicacies such as Sabnam like moti (stuffed mushrooms) or the ever-popular Tandoori lamb chops, then finish off with what we call ‘The Happy Ending’ or Gile-E-Firdaus, a dessert associated with love and traditionally served at Indian weddings garnished with rose petals and fresh berries.

Guests will also receive roses on arrival, so spice up your Valentine’s day and make it an unforgettable one at Colonel Saab.

The modern Indian restaurant has made its home in the elegant, former Holborn Town Hall and the menu – catering breakfast to dinner, daily – and museum-worthy artworks are a homage to Choudhary’s travels across India with his mother, Mrs Binny Choudhary and father, Colonel Manbeer, who was given the honorific name ‘Colonel Saab’ – shared by the restaurant – while serving in the Indian Army.
