MTHR London, Canary Wharf

MTHR is an exciting new restaurant in Canary Wharf bringing a globally inspired menu of sharing plates. The space has stunning views of South London being on the 20th floor of The Collective. With cosy warm aesthetics and our amazingly friendly team we can make  you’re experience as relaxing as possible.

MTHR London, a simply beautiful and breath-taking venue to visit, this is definitely a must-see. When you step onto the floor, you are immediately taken aback from the view of the vast London skyline and the stretching Thames River. The restaurant itself is the next draw of beauty, a very subdued and peaceful surrounding. A canvas of neutral, calming tones that compliment the view to give a bright and open space. I went for a wonderful brunch that hit all the right notes in this ensemble of serenity. 

Onto the food. I simply could not turn down the eggs benedict, and you can see why. The poached eggs were angelic, perfectly cooked with plenty of runny yolks to them! These were, of course, coupled with cocktails. Because why not go for a slightly boozy brunch? The cocktails fit the entire mood and setting of MTHR very well. They were light and crisp and tasty. Nothing over the top or trying to be too ostentatious or tacky. Finding the perfect balance or quality, elegance and class.

The staff were also faultless. Very professional and polite, they were very attentive to my order and didn’t really put a foot wrong at all. Coupled with the very modest pricing, at £25 for the all-you-can-eat brunch too, you are receiving fine-dining quality, without the price to match. Overall, a very well rounded and pleasant experience. This is a brilliant find as it’s definitely a great date spot, with stunning views to wow anyone who hasn’t discovered MTHR before.
